Descript:  Trail running/walking, mountain biking, watersports.  Curwensville lake has full camping lake access and trail access from the campgrounds.  Roughly 6miles of maintained trails.  Will be hosting an adventure race 2010.  Training is easy to difficult.  Elevation gain of over 1500ft.

Descript:  Miles of trail running, biking, cross country skiing, established trails and miles of fire roads.  Remote wilderness. Part of the Black Moshannon State Forest.

Descript; 75mile loop Hiking trail, 9700ft elevation gain, intense trail running, overnight hiking running available, excellent adventure racing training. Wild area include other trail system ideal for running, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking.

Descript:  11.1 mile clover leaf style loops, single track mountain biking, trail running and cross country skiing.  Fairly remote, good aerobic work out, not a lot of elevation change.

Descript: located on the eastern border of Clearfield County, sharing borders with Black Moshannon State Park. Trail running in park and on AFT (40miles).  Also visit site of Black Moshannon State Park, offering Snow shoeing, cross country skiing,  trail running, flat water canoe kayak.

Descript:   Clearfield to Grampian Trail, 10.5mile  Follows the West Branch of the Susquehanna, well maintained, biking, hiking, running, cross country skiing. Houtzdale Line Trail 10.5mile rails to trails system.  Dimeling to Madera Rails trail: very remote trail following the Clearfield Creek.

Descript: Held on a remote 7.5-mile section of Moshannon Creek . At moderate levels this section of creek is rated Class II+ on the International Scale of Difficulty.  Most years there are numerous swims and bent boats!! Multi classes,   canoe, 2person canoe, kayak, 2person kayak. Results: Most times 1+ hrs, fast times 50-60min.

Descript: 2 races, 10am start 9-10mile downriver race Curwensville to Clearfield on the West Branch of the Susquehanna.  Class 1-2, all levels. 1pm start Clearfield to Hyde bridge upstream and then back roughly 5miles.  Class 1-2 all skill levels.   $15 registration fee each race.
